Job Description

Behavior Technician (In-Home / full-time position) Actual Position in Bridge City, Texas At Bright Pathways ABA , we're not just delivering therapy — we're rebuilding the experience of autism care from the ground up. We're creating a relational model of care where: Children are seen as full people with stories, spark, and potential Families are partners, not accounts Therapists are collaborators, not just implementers We're building a place where everyone involved — children, families, and you — can feel supported, connected, and deeply valued. What You'll Be Part Of As a key part of a child's journey, you'll work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support greater independence and connection.
