Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Valid Texas teaching certification with SPED endorsements. Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Participate actively in ARD, IEP, RtI, and 504 meetings. Provide support in classrooms and contribute to crisis intervention efforts. Maintain a flexible, full-time schedule (37.5 hours weekly) in a supportive environment.
