In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, to implement personalized behavior intervention plans. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster meaningful progress, improve quality of life, and promote independence for those you serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, grooming, and other self-care routines Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Implement ABA therapy protocols under supervision, ensuring fidelity to established care plans Engage in direct behavioral therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and transparency Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and client communication logs in compliance with HIPAA regulations Requirements Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Must Be CPR certified Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavior management strategies, and data collection methods Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in achieving independence goals Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Prior experience working in home-based or school settings is highly desirable Strong communication skills, patience, and a compassionate approach to patient care Must be able to work 3:30pm-7:00pm Join our team to empower individuals through evidence-based behavioral health practices!
