Prosper, TX About Evergreen Horizons Evergreen Horizons LLC provides ABA therapy services to children and families through a supportive, structured, and collaborative care model. We are building a strong clinical team that values reliability, professionalism, compassion, and high-quality care. Position Overview Evergreen Horizons is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide consistent weekly support while also helping strengthen our backup staffing system. This position is ideal for an RBT who wants a part-time schedule and is also willing to assist with fill-in coverage when staffing gaps, therapist call-outs, or unexpected client coverage needs arise. This role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week . Candidates must have consistent weekday availability during Evergreen Horizons' operating hours, Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM . Candidates do not need to be available for the full operating window, but their availability must support scheduled sessions and occasional backup coverage needs. Schedule and Availability This role requires: 20 scheduled hours per week Availability for part-time ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in-home settings Flexibility to assist with backup coverage when needed Reliable communication regarding availability, scheduling changes, and coverage needs Additional backup coverage availability will be discussed during the interview process. Backup availability does not mean unlimited availability or 24/7 on-call status. Evergreen will discuss each candidate's specific availability windows and will provide as much notice as possible when coverage needs arise.

Responsibilities The RBT will:

Provide direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans Collect accurate session data Follow clinical guidance and treatment protocols Maintain professionalism with clients, families, and team members Communicate promptly regarding attendance, availability, and scheduling needs Assist with fill-in coverage when available and appropriate Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and ethical standards

Qualifications Required:

Active Registered Behavior Technician credential At least 1 year of RBT experience Reliable transportation Ability to work in clinic and/or in-home settings Ability to reliably commute to Prosper, TX for scheduled shifts Strong attendance and communication skills Ability to pass all required background checks Willingness to complete required onboarding and compliance trainings

Preferred:

Experience working with children with autism Comfort working in both structured clinic settings and natural home environments Flexibility with scheduling and short-notice coverage needs Commute Requirement This position requires in-person work in the Prosper, TX area.
