You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun! SOS gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. SOS will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician. Immediate raise upon completion of RBT exam within 1 month of hire!

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:15pm; 7:45am-12:00pm and/or Afternoon Shift 12:00pm-4:15pm Work in the client's home 03:00pm - 07:00pm Client material creation and preparation Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games) Record client data into Central Reach program Convert appointments into billing Write detailed SOAP notes Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities Cleaning duties

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma (College Degree preferred) No criminal background Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
