Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)•Direct Services Little Bridge Behavioral Health is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in San Antonio, TX .
Location:
On-site (In-Home Services)
Employment Type:
Full-Time, Part-Time, or 1099
Contract Pay:
$70•80 per hour (based on experience) Why Join Little Bridge Behavioral Health? If you're passionate about working directly with clients, this position is for you. Our BCBA Direct Services model allows you to focus on clinical care without the responsibility of supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). No RBT supervision required. The assigned BCBA provides all direct ABA treatment, allowing for greater consistency of care and stronger client relationships. Responsibilities Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy services. Conduct behavioral assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress. Collaborate with families and caregivers. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Adhere to BACB ethical standards and Texas licensing requirements. Minimum Qualifications Current BCBA certification. Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Texas. Current CPR certification. Professional liability insurance. Preferred Qualifications Three or more years of experience as a BCBA. Experience providing direct ABA services. Benefits Benefits vary based on employment classification (W-2 or 1099 contract). Compensation $70•80 per hour, depending on experience.
