Job Description
Are you an RBT who wants to do meaningful clinical work while being part of a team that actually knows your name? Ayuda Autism Services is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, dependable, Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. At Ayuda, we believe quality ABA starts with supporting the people who provide it. We are a clinician-led, family-centered organization serving children and families in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and daycares. Many of the families we serve are Spanish-speaking, and we are especially looking for bilingual team members who can help us provide culturally responsive, accessible care. What You'll Do As an RBT with Ayuda, you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
Responsibilities include:

Why RBTs Choose Ayuda We are intentional about creating a workplace where RBTs feel supported—not like a number on a schedule. At Ayuda, you can expect: Consistent BCBA support and supervision Competitive pay for direct clinical hours Paid drive-time support through our gas bonus program Opportunities for additional cases and hours as they become available Company-provided technology/equipment when applicable Ongoing training and clinical support Opportunities for growth within the company Support for team members pursuing their BCBA certification through our BA Trainee Program A bilingual, multicultural team Leadership that prioritizes ethical care, communication, and employee well-being No weekend scheduling A collaborative environment where asking for help is encouraged Our Approach Ayuda means "help" in Spanish, and that is at the center of what we do. We believe ABA services should be compassionate, individualized, ethical, and meaningful. We also believe that providing excellent services to children requires taking care of the clinicians doing the work. We are especially committed to increasing access to high-quality ABA services for Medicaid families and culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Schedule Services are provided Monday through Friday , primarily in the client's home, school, or daycare. This position is ideal for RBTs seeking part-time or full-time opportunities , depending on client availability and geographic match. No weekends. Ready to Join Us? If you're a Spanish-speaking RBT looking for a team where you can grow professionally while making a meaningful difference for children and families, we would love to hear from you. Apply through Indeed and tell us a little about yourself, your ABA experience, your availability, and the areas you're willing to serve. Ayuda Autism Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Pay:
