Role Description:

Part and Full time Positions. Flexible schedule arrangements, including 3 or 4 day work week. Custom schedule for your unique work/life/school balance needs. This position requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB. Bright Mosaic will pay for the training and other costs associated with obtaining your RBT. Providing ABA therapy to children with Autism. Individual session/appt durations range from 2 to 4 hours for most appointments. Working with a team of RBTs under the Supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement ABA therapy Assisting with assessment activities for treatment plans and behavior interventions Assisting with activities directly related to behavior analysis and program implementation Helping plan general therapy activities Other duties, such as marketing events and various projects may be requested of this position Making a positive difference in the life of a child with Autism + Building rapport with their family and village of caregivers Benefits for Full-time employees: Full medical benefits + Dental & Vision. • We will conduct a phone interview followed by an in person interview
• You will be required to obtain your RBT certification within 300 Hours of Employment. Bright Mosaic will pay for the training and costs associated with obtaining your RBT

In some circumstances, this position may require blocking, redirecting, and tolerating potentially ongoing aggressive behavior from clients.
