BCBA / Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) - Part-Time In-Home ABA Carter Learning Adventure LLC is seeking a compassionate, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who holds an active Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license to support our growing pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis program. This is a part-time W-2 position designed for a clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, quality care, and the opportunity to help shape a growing ABA program. Services will primarily be provided in clients' homes and may include community-based services when clinically appropriate.
Schedule:
Approximately 10-15 hours per week initially, with opportunities for increased hours as the client caseload grows.
Compensation:
$65-$80 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Conduct ABA assessments and functional behavior assessments within professional scope of practice. Develop individualized, measurable ABA treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs. Establish appropriate behavioral goals and intervention strategies. Monitor treatment effectiveness using clinical data and modify treatment protocols when appropriate. Provide clinical supervision, training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and other qualified behavior technicians. Review technician documentation and ensure services are delivered according to the authorized treatment plan. Provide parent and caregiver training to promote consistency and generalization of skills across environments. Conduct treatment-plan reviews and reassessments as clinically appropriate. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Assist with documentation required for prior authorizations, continued-service requests, and payer reviews. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, physicians, therapists, and other professionals when clinically appropriate. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, professional ethical requirements, payer requirements, and applicable Texas regulations. Support development of effective clinical workflows, quality standards, and supervisory systems as Carter Learning Adventure expands. Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license — required. Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification or another qualifying credential recognized for Texas LBA licensure. Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or another qualifying field. Experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental needs. Experience conducting ABA assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians. Strong understanding of ABA principles, data analysis, treatment modification, caregiver training, and clinical documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in clients' homes while maintaining professional and ethical standards. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations within the designated service area. Preferred Qualifications Texas Medicaid ABA experience. Experience working with Medicaid managed-care organizations. Familiarity with prior authorization and continued-service documentation. Experience with pediatric in-home ABA. Experience helping supervise or develop a growing ABA program.
