Our approach emphasizes pairing, positive reinforcement, motivation, and fun while maintaining meaningful expectations for growth. Every child learns differently, so we expect our BCBAs to use clinical judgment—not simply follow a template. You'll have the freedom to build programs that make sense for your clients , along with templates, resources, and clinical support when you need them. Your Role You'll oversee the clinical care of your assigned clients and collaborate closely with RBTs, families, and other providers.
You'll:
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Conduct assessments and use data to guide treatment Create skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Develop function-based interventions Analyze client data and adjust programming as needed Provide supervision, feedback, and staff training Provide parent/caregiver training Support generalization across settings Complete clinical documentation Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals Maintain BACB, Utah, HIPAA, and company compliance We're Looking for Someone Who Genuinely enjoys working with children Is compassionate, collaborative, and a strong communicator Is comfortable making data-driven clinical decisions Values individualized, child-centered ABA Understands that Sensory is a function of behavior Is organized and able to work independently Is open to feedback and professional growth Thinks creatively when a traditional approach isn't working Is committed to ethical, high-quality care
Qualifications Required:
Current BCBA certification Current Utah Behavior Analyst license Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with Autism Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices Ability to develop and implement treatment programs Current 8-hour supervision training/certificate Ability to meet applicable BACB, Utah, and company requirements
Preferred:
Experience with BST, Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), sensory-informed approaches, and scope-and-sequence programming.
