Assist in implementing care plans and behavioral therapy techniques under supervision. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collect data on patient progress and behavior management strategies. Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive environment for children with developmental disabilities. Engage in teaching and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
