Lighthouse CH is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Christ-centered behavioral health services for children and families. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and provide ongoing parent and staff training. This role partners closely with ministry and clinical staff to ensure ethical, evidence-based care aligned with Christian values. The ideal candidate demonstrates compassion, strong clinical skills, clear documentation, and a heart for serving vulnerable individuals in the Delray Beach community. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Provide direct and consultative ABA services to children and families Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to guide treatment decisions Train and support parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior strategies Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and documentation standards Collaborate with ministry and clinical teams to integrate Christ-centered care Participate in treatment planning meetings and case reviews Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and progress notes Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and family feedback Support outreach and education efforts within the local community Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development Data collection and behavioral data analysis Parent and caregiver training Clinical documentation and record keeping Knowledge of BACB ethical standards Treatment planning and progress monitoring Interdisciplinary collaboration Crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques
