ScenicView Clinic is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We primarily serve adults (18+) with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping individuals build independence, improve quality of life, and achieve meaningful personal goals. As we grow, there may also be the opportunity to serve older adolescents and teens preparing for adulthood. What You'll Do Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Deliver direct ABA services as clinically appropriate. Collaborate with families, caregivers, therapists, and other professionals. Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions. Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner. Provide services in both our clinic and clients' homes throughout Utah County. Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Ability to maintain Utah licensure. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel to client homes throughout the local area. Preferred Experience working with adolescents or adults with autism or developmental disabilities.
