Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time (Potential Full-Time)
Location:
Provo, UT and surrounding areas
Schedule:
Part-Time (up to 15 hours/week). Potential to grow into a full-time (30-40 hours/week) benefited position as your caseload develops. Join a team making a meaningful difference. ScenicView Clinic is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We primarily serve adults (18+) with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping individuals build independence, improve quality of life, and achieve meaningful personal goals. As we grow, there may also be the opportunity to serve older adolescents and teens preparing for adulthood. With our work in the clinic, we don't see you as a mechanical billing machine, but a valued professional we want to keep excited about the work. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to provide high-quality, individualized services in real-world settings. What You'll Do Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Deliver direct ABA services as clinically appropriate. Collaborate with families, caregivers, therapists, and other professionals. Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions. Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner. Provide services in both our clinic and clients' homes throughout Utah County. Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Ability to maintain Utah licensure. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel to client homes throughout the local area. Preferred Experience working with adolescents or adults with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Passion for person-centered, compassionate ABA services. Why ScenicView Clinic?
