Registered Behavior Technician Location:
Provo, Utah Company:
Golden Touch ABA Job Type:
Part-time We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Golden Touch ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism. As an RBT, you will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Our mission is to elevate excellence in in-home ABA therapy and empower individuals with autism to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA. Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors. Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care. Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 Years or older. Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Salary:
$20 - $24
