Registered Behavioral Tech Maple Ridge Rehab and Nursing - 1.0 Salt Lake City, UT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Experience working with individuals with dementia Care documentation PointClickCare Patient interaction Long-term care assistance Full Job Description Maple Ridge Rehabilitation and Nursing is looking for a compassionate and dependable Behavioral Tech Champion to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with residents and wants to make a meaningful difference in their daily care. Responsibilities Observe, document, and track resident behaviors, triggers, interventions, and outcomes. Maintain accurate behavioral documentation to support residents in qualifying for appropriate behavioral programs. Work directly on the floor to address resident concerns and provide support when behavioral needs arise. Communicate changes in resident behavior to nursing and the interdisciplinary team. Assist staff with redirection, de-escalation, and positive approaches to challenging behaviors. Enter and maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare . Help identify behavioral patterns and trends that can improve resident care. Promote dignity, respect, and person-centered care for every resident. Qualifications Experience in long-term care, healthcare, dementia care, behavioral health, or a similar setting preferred. Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills. Comfortable working directly with residents and responding calmly to challenging situations. Experience with PointClickCare is mandatory. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.
