Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location:
Coral Canyon Clinic, Washington, UT Schedule:
Full-time or Part-time, flexible hours available
Pay Range:
$18 - $25 per hour (based on experience and certification) About Us We are a compassionate and connection-driven ABA clinic focused on helping children and families build independence, communication, and confidence. Our approach is rooted in assent, collaboration, and positive reinforcement, creating a safe, supportive environment for learning and growth. Paid training provided — no prior experience required. Position Summary As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will: Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Support clients in communication, play, social interaction, and adaptive skills Reinforce positive behaviors and foster meaningful progress toward independence Key Responsibilities Deliver ABA therapy sessions across settings (clinic, home, school, community) Collect accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Use assent-based, positive reinforcement strategies to increase engagement Participate in parent training and team collaboration meetings Promote consistency and skill generalization across environments
Qualifications Required:
