We have two positions available across Davis and Salt Lake County. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and caring individuals. If you are not already an RBT, we provide training and supervision to get your license. At Manning Behavior Services, our mission is to improve behavioral outcomes for our clients by supporting them to achieve their best life possible. Our therapeutic services utilize the evidence-based scientific behavioral principles to analyze behavior, create individualized treatment protocols, teach skills, reduce problem behavior, and teach advocacy skills pertinent to success at home, in the community, and in life. What you would do.... A Behavior Technician provides one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families, and practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA. RBTs work with clients in-home, and in the community. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based programs as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Each Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will continue to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Behavior Support Plan in achieving identified goals and objectives by collecting data and writing progress notes. RBTs will complete a BACB-approved RBT course and keep registration current.
