What you will do… Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living Assist with behavior management strategies Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment What we expect from our RBTs RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified) Passion for working with children 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required) Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data At Supportive Care ABA, your work truly matters.
