Pathways Behavioral Health is seeking a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a highly coveted, full-time position located at a single private school in Alexandria, VA. Escape the evening driving of home-health ABA—this role offers stable, consistent daytime school hours . Applicants should have a completed bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience.

Job Duties:

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with clients in school from Monday-Friday 8:30 am-3:30 pm. No nights or weekends
• )•Guaranteed hours while school is in session•Write detailed and accurate daily session notes (paid)

Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-aged children and/or adolescents in an educational or home setting
• Ability to establish rapport with young children and their families
• Must have access to reliable transportation (metro accessible)
• Willingness to learn therapeutic techniques quickly
• Bachelor's Degree required
• RBT Certification required

Salary:

• $24.00
• 31.00/hour depending on experience
• Administrative work is paid
• Supervision for BCBA practicum available at no extra cost.
