In person, onsite only—no in-home services or travel between clients Are you ready to focus on meaningful clinical work without spending your day driving between clients? Karter Little Wins is seeking a compassionate and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based early intervention team. This position is 100% onsite at our Ashburn center, with no required travel or in-home appointments . About Karter Little Wins Karter Little Wins is an early intervention center specializing in individualized care, education, and therapy services for children ages 2-9. Our mission is to empower children with developmental needs to achieve their "little wins" —the small, meaningful steps that lead to big milestones. The Opportunity As a BCBA, you will design, implement, and oversee evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis programs while mentoring a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Technicians. You will collaborate with families, teachers, and other therapy professionals to create coordinated, individualized plans that support each child's development. This is more than a clinical position.
