Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Ashburn, working 20 hours per week at an engaging rate of $32 per hour! Role is for in-home ABA therapy RBT role.
Schedule Schedule Options:
Monday-Friday:
3:00 PM-7:00 PM Saturday (Optional) 9:00 AM-3:00 PM = 6 additional hours Total 26 hours. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support client progress. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including communication, social skills, and self-care routines. Collect and record precise behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor client progress and inform treatment adjustments. Only apply if you are a certified RBT. Thank you!
