As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work directly with children in home, school, and clinic settings, delivering individualized ABA therapy that creates real, measurable progress. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, and clinic environments Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and accurately document client progress data Collaborate with families and team members to support client goals Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment Help clients develop skills that promote independence and success

$26 - $34 per hour

Part-Time Positions Available Afternoon & Early Evening Shifts Location:

Beaverdam, VA Area Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Experience working with children or in ABA services is a plus, but not required Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Make a Difference Every Day.
