Join a growing clinical team serving families across the western corridor—from Chantilly and Haymarket to Gainesville, Ashburn, and Brambleton. We are seeking energetic, dependable BTs and RBTs who want rewarding work and a regionally matched caseload.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Current openings include weekday afternoon and evening schedules, plus valuable weekend opportunities. We are also recruiting an experienced RBT who is confident working collaboratively on a clinically supervised 2:1 case.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide compassionate, individualized direct care Follow treatment, safety, and behavior-support protocols with integrity Collect reliable data and document each session objectively Receive supervision and apply coaching to strengthen clinical skills Build trust through consistency, professionalism, and clear communication

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

BTs and RBTs with dependable transportation, strong follow-through, and availability that matches afternoon, evening, or weekend needs. Experienced RBTs with sound clinical judgment are strongly encouraged to apply.

The corridor offers multiple active cases and the ability to focus recruiting and scheduling within western Northern Virginia rather than accepting scattered assignments.
