Job Title:
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Virginia (VA)
Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism, working closely with our experienced professionals to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, and provide ABA therapy to children with autism NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 1 year of experience as a BCBA or equivalent experience in ABA therapy Strong knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
