Job Description

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and oversee implementation by RBTs and therapists. Responsibilities include data-driven decision-making, caregiver training, and active collaboration with families and multidisciplinary partners. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices Supervise, train, and provide feedback to RBTs and ABA therapists Collect, analyze, and report behavioral and progress data Collaborate closely with families to provide training and support Coordinate care with schools, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and clinical team meetings Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development Data collection and analysis Treatment plan development Parent and caregiver training Clinical supervision of RBTs/therapists Use of electronic health records/documentation Collaborative care with healthcare/education teams Crisis prevention and behavior management
