Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) - Bilingual Spanish Speaking Overview At Symphony ABA, we're dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and play a crucial role in our harmonious approach to ABA therapy. As an RBT, you'll implement behavior intervention plans, assist with patient care, and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations while fostering a positive environment for our clients. Responsibilities Implement individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis principles Assist clients in daily living activities, promoting independence and skill development Monitor and document client behavior and progress, maintaining accurate records Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust treatment strategies Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment Educate clients and their families about behavioral health concepts and strategies Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations Qualifications Bilingual Spanish speaking Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices is advantageous Familiarity with care plans and the principles of applied behavior analysis is essential Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist clients compassionately Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative independently Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: [$24 - $32] Part-time schedule: [To be discussed during the hiring process] How to Apply Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of those we serve. and let your skills as a Registered Behavior Technician help foster growth, independence, and well-being for our clients.
