Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Behavior Technician II to work with individuals living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) located in Culpeper, VA. Enjoy a $2,000 sign-on and retention bonus for full-time new hires! Full- Time Schedule (one opening per shift): 1.) Sunday/Monday 7am-7pm, Tuesday/Wednesday 7am-3pm 2.) Wednesday/Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday/Saturday 7pm-7am 3.) Sunday/Monday 7pm-7am, Tuesday/Thursday 11pm-7am Your Role in Our Mission As a Behavior Technician II (BT), your days will be spent equipping individuals with the tools, coping skills and support to prevent hospitalization and crisis. Responsibilities include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.
