Job Description:

Comfort Kare LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. RBTs will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect accurate session data, and communicate effectively with families and the clinical team.

Requirements:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes. Ability to pass required background checks. Strong communication, professionalism, and compassion for working with children and families. Must be able to work 4PM-7PM Monday-Friday.

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
