Make a meaningful difference—close to home. We are seeking compassionate, dependable Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to support children and families across Vienna, Oakton, and Fairfax. This is our largest current service area, with multiple opportunities to build a consistent regional schedule.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Provide direct, individualized behavioral support under clinical supervision. Current needs include strong daytime availability as well as select after-school hours. Applicants who can commit to dependable weekday schedules will be prioritized.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Implement individualized treatment and skill-building programs as trained Collect accurate session data and complete timely, objective documentation Support client dignity, safety, communication, and meaningful progress Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, caregivers, and the clinical team Communicate schedule changes promptly and maintain reliable attendance
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
BTs and RBTs who are professional, coachable, organized, and excited to grow. Reliable transportation and a consistent service-area commitment are essential. RBT credentialing and relevant ABA, education, behavioral health, or childcare experience are valued.
