Job Description

About us: The Autism Reimagined Center (ARC) uses expert staff and global research to advance autism treatment, aiming to set new care standards. We personalize treatment by assessing clients and assigning specialists based on individual needs, with a teamwork-based approach that involves continuous progress evaluation and collaboration. We are looking to hire individuals willing to work in our Fairfax clinic, our Falls Church clinic, and in client homes.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans to improve their quality of life.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior management techniques and strategies
  • Provide behavioral health services under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Conduct behavioral therapy sessions with clients
  • Collaborate with special education professionals to support clients' needs
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust intervention plans as needed
  • Work with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as necessary
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience working with individuals who have behavioral challenges
  • Knowledge of behavioral principles and strategies
  • Familiarity with working in the field of special education or related areas
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and their families
