Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the ESY program. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide direct behavioral support to a 1st grade student in a supportive school environment. Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children Experience with Autism and ADHD preferred Ability to provide behavioral and classroom support

Onsite Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support Implement behavior intervention strategies Assist student with classroom participation and transitions Collaborate with teachers and support staff Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.

Work Hours:

Full-Time 40 hours per week
