Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism and/or ADHD is highly valued Familiarity with behavioral needs in a school environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work full time, 40 hours per weekResponsibilities:
Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to 1st grade students with varied needs Collaborate with on-site administration for ongoing support and implementation of behavioral plans Document progress and assist in plan modifications as needed Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Adapt to and embrace new challenges as part of a committed educational teamBenefits:
