What you'll do You'll work directly with children on the autism spectrum in our clinic, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by your BCBA. That means running sessions, collecting data, supporting daily activities, and partnering with families so progress carries into the home. It's hands-on, meaningful work. Some days are joyful. Some days are hard. All of them matter. What we're looking for You love working with kids , and you have patience that runs deep. You're either an RBT (preferred) or actively pursuing your BCBA as a master's student in ABA or a related field. You communicate well — with kids, with families, and with your team. You're reliable, teachable, and ready to grow. If you've worked with children with developmental disabilities before, that's a plus. If not, we'll train you well.
