Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in both clinic and home settings within Fairfax and Loudoun counties. This role offers flexibility in hours, with opportunities to work 20 to 40 hours per week.Responsibilities:
Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy in client homes or at our clinic, following individualized ABA programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Attend supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings as required by the supervising BCBA. Maintain timely and consistent attendance for all scheduled appointments. Transport yourself between client locations and the clinic using your own reliable vehicle. Collect and enter session data electronically on a daily basis (training provided on our electronic systems).Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year as an ABA Therapist or related experience.Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Higher education in a related field preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Must be willing to undergo a background check.Additional Requirements:
A reliable vehicle to travel to client locations. Availability for ongoing supervision and meetings as required by the BCBA.
