Job Description
Full job description The Behavior Place is growing, and we are looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the King George area! This position provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities in both home and clinic settings. RBTs work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and play a vital role in helping clients achieve meaningful progress toward their goals.
Available Hours:
Clinic and community-based cases in and around the King George area.Morning/Afternoon sessions:
8:30 AM- 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM
- 3:30 PM Evening sessions: 3:30 PM
- 5:30 PM Candidates must be available to work at least two evening shifts per week RBTs will maintain a caseload of clients and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and at our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with client assessments and skill evaluations under the direction of a supervisor. Collect and record accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data, including ABC data as needed. Provide valuable feedback to supervisors to support the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives. Implement treatment plans and provide therapeutic services, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), life skills training, social skills instruction, and other individualized programs. Deliver services in a variety of settings, including the home, clinic, school, and community. Monitor client progress and communicate concerns or barriers to goal achievement to your supervisor. Ensure treatment notes, session documentation, and data collection are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Graph and track client progress using objective data. Maintain productivity expectations and uphold company standards of service. Help clients achieve meaningful progress toward their treatment goals through consistent, high-quality intervention. Provide services that align with The Behavior Place's mission, vision, and core values. Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide exceptional care during each session. Perform other duties as assigned to support clients, families, and the organization. Competitive pay: $13.00- $25.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience working with children with special needs, or related experience in childcare, teaching, preschool, or similar settings Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to pass a criminal background check Availability to work two evening shifts Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM- 5:30 PM Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a desire to learn Visit thebehaviorplace.
