Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing behavior intervention plans to support children with behavioral challenges. Duties
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Provide direct support and intervention to clients in various settings
- Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children with behavioral challenges preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Willingness to undergo background check
