Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Support a positive, organized, professional, and clinically strong environment throughout the clinic. The Senior Behavior Analyst should be comfortable stepping in when staff need clinical guidance, observing sessions, coaching technicians in real time, assisting with difficult cases, identifying areas requiring additional support, and helping the clinical team maintain consistency across clients. Qualifications Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing . Meets applicable requirements to practice/provide behavior-analytic services in Virginia. Previous experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities. Strong clinical knowledge of behavior assessment, skill acquisition, behavior reduction, FCT, reinforcement, data analysis, and caregiver training. Experience supervising, mentoring, or training BTs/RBTs preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization, communication, and clinical judgment. Ability to provide effective feedback while maintaining a supportive team environment. Comfortable working in a busy, multidisciplinary clinic. Dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent in-person presence . What We Offer CABATS provides an environment where Behavior Analysts can continue developing their clinical and leadership skills while receiving support from an experienced clinical team.
