Job Type:
Part-time (less than 30 hours per week)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00
PM Locations:
In-person

Guiding Stars ABA is growing , and we're looking for caring, motivated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! At Guiding Stars ABA, we believe that ABA therapy is about more than data and programs
  • it's about helping children discover their strengths, build independence, and navigate the waves of growth together.
What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician/RBT, you'll work directly with children and families to provide individualized ABA services in homes, communities, and other appropriate settings. You'll have the opportunity to: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans Help children develop communication, social, daily living, and other important skills Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA Collect accurate and meaningful data during sessions Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families Celebrate progress

Someone Who Is:
Caring, patient, dependable, and energetic Comfortable working with children and families while providing services in home and community settings Interested in learning and developing professionally Able to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction Reliable and professional Able to communicate effectively with families and team members RBT certification is preferred, but we welcome individuals interested in beginning or continuing their career in ABA. We will support you in obtaining your RBT Certification within the first 45 days of employment. Ready to Join Us?
