Job Description

Centria Autism seeks a Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings. In this role, you'll follow individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs, run structured teaching and play-based sessions, and accurately record behavior and skill data using electronic systems. You will coach caregivers on implementing strategies, collaborate closely with clinical supervisors, and receive comprehensive training, ongoing supervision, and clear career pathways, all within a mission-driven, family-centered, and ethically grounded clinical culture. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to Spanish-speaking children with autism in home and community settings. Implement behavior and skill acquisition programs as written by BCBAs. Accurately collect and enter behavior and skill data using electronic systems. Assist with generalization of skills across environments and caregivers. Communicate progress and session notes to supervising clinicians. Support and coach caregivers on implementing ABA techniques as directed. Maintain child safety and follow all clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards. Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback. Follow scheduling, documentation, and attendance requirements reliably. Collaborate with the clinical team to adjust interventions based on data and goals. Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior data collection and documentation Spanish-English bilingual communication Behavior intervention techniques Child safety and crisis prevention basics Use of tablets or mobile apps for data entry Following treatment plans and protocols Collaboration with BCBAs and clinicians Time management in home/community settings Basic understanding of autism spectrum disorders
