This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants meaningful clinical work, a flexible part-time schedule, and the opportunity to make a direct impact for children who are ready to begin or continue services. As a Part-Time In-Person BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight, support individualized treatment planning, supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, collaborate with caregivers, and help children build skills that support greater independence and quality of life. At Autism FIRST, you will be part of a supportive clinical team with access to experienced leadership, collaboration, and ongoing professional support. What You'll Do As a Part-Time In-Person BCBA, you will support clinic-based ABA services and provide clinical supervision for assigned clients and team members.
Responsibilities may include:
Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans Provide clinical supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians Monitor client progress and make data-informed clinical recommendations Conduct observations, assessments, and program reviews as needed Collaborate with caregivers and provide parent/caregiver training Support clients in building communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills Ensure services are delivered in alignment with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards Communicate professionally with families, clinical leadership, and internal teams Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner Support a positive, collaborative clinic environment focused on meaningful progress What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, clinically sound, and committed to providing high-quality ABA services for children and families.
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Virginia LBA required or ability to obtain Virginia licensure prior to providing services Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs Experience supervising RBTs, Behavior Technicians, or clinical team members Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA practices Ability to work in person at the assigned clinic location Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the clinical team Afternoon, evening, or weekend availability preferred based on clinic needs Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly compensation: $65-$95 per hour Sign-on bonus starting at $2,000 Part-time scheduling based on clinic and client needs Continuing education opportunities Benefits eligibility, where applicable Paid time off, where applicable Access to experienced clinical leadership Supportive clinical and administrative teams Opportunity to make a direct impact for children and families in your local community Why Autism FIRST?
