Competitive hourly rate based on experience and position requirements About the Role Big Heart ABA Therapy is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to a client in the Chester/Richmond, Virginia area. We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated RBT who is comfortable working with children and families in a home-based setting. Schedule Options We have two scheduling options available: Option 1 - 14 hours/week
Saturday:
4 hours
Sunday:
4 hours 3 weekdays: 2 hours per day
Total:
14 hours/week Option 2 - 12 hours/week 6 days per week 2 hours per day
Total:
12 hours/week We can discuss the schedule that best fits your availability during the interview. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA Support skill development and behavior reduction goals Collect and accurately document session data Maintain professional communication with the BCBA and family Provide consistent, compassionate support to the client Requirements Active RBT certification required Experience working with children preferred ABA experience preferred Reliable and dependable Comfortable providing services in a client's home Strong communication and professionalism Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule Why Join Big Heart ABA Therapy?
