THE OPPORTUNITY

Support clients during high-value after-school hours, with current schedules generally falling between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. A high-priority Springfield case requires dependable multi-day coverage, with additional opportunities in Burke.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Implement individualized behavioral and skill-acquisition programs Promote client dignity, safety, communication, and independence Collect accurate data and complete timely session notes Work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and the broader care team Maintain reliable attendance and professional communication

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

BTs and RBTs who can consistently work after school and travel within the Springfield-Burke area. Candidates near Woodbridge, Annandale, Falls Church, and surrounding communities may also be a strong geographic fit.
