This full-time, contract-to-hire position is an excellent fit for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is dedicated to making a meaningful difference for students with behavioral needs. Qualifications & Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working in school settings or with young children, ideally in 1st grade or elementary levels Strong background supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or ADHD preferred Understanding of behavior intervention strategies and individualized plans Ability to cultivate a supportive and structured one-on-one environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
