About Us ABA Expressions is a small, locally owned ABA consulting firm serving schools and families. We specialize in providing practical, collaborative behavioral support in school settings. Our team values professionalism, compassion, and meaningful outcomes for the students we serve. Job Description We are seeking a dependable, enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct support to students in school environments. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll implement behavior plans, assist with skill-building, and collaborate with school staff to support student success. If you are not a Registered Behavior Technician willing to support in obtaining certification.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide 1:1 and small group support in school settings Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition Collaborate with teachers and school teams Participate in team meetings and regular BCBA supervision Maintain professional and ethical standards
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification or able to obtain Experience in school or childcare settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation Must pass background checks and district clearance requirements
