Job Description

Nexus Therapy is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2026-2027 school year! Join a supportive district nestled in the heart of the Green Mountains and help students in the Wilmington community develop essential skills and achieve academic success.

Candidate Type:
Local or Travel (Stipends available for eligible travelers) Requirements Active RBT Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). State-required background clearances for working in a Vermont school setting. High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education preferred). Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in a classroom or clinical setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with precision. Job Overview Nexus Therapy, an American Medical Staffing (AMS) company, is now hiring for a full-time RBT position for the 2026-2027 school year. You will be working within a dedicated school district in Wilmington, providing behavioral support to students to foster a positive and productive learning environment. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in student development. Your role involves providing 1:1 or small group behavioral therapy, collecting data on student progress, and implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
