Candidate Type:

Local or Travel (Stipends available for eligible travelers) Requirements Active RBT Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). State-required background clearances for working in a Vermont school setting. High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education preferred). Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in a classroom or clinical setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with precision. You will be working within a dedicated school district in Wilmington, providing behavioral support to students to foster a positive and productive learning environment. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in student development. Your role involves providing 1:1 or small group behavioral therapy, collecting data on student progress, and implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
