  • Part-Time & Full-Time Paid training begins immediately/ASAP Start date after training and licensing: Within 2-4 weeks Willow Behavior Therapy is expanding, and we're seeking a Compassionate, Values-Driven Behavior Technician (CBT/RBT) to join our team.

Locations are negotiable depending on home addresses. We work hard to minimize travel time, and all travel expenses are paid—but travel is a natural part of home and community-based ABA therapy. ABA experience and/or RBT certification is preferred but not required. For the right candidate, Willow will gladly provide the 40-hour RBT training and support you through the certification process. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA Support meaningful skill development—communication, play, daily living, independence Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA Build positive, trusting relationships with families Maintain accurate and professional session documentation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and certification Paid travel time Paid training plus ongoing mentorship Supportive, accessible leadership team Positive, connected, drama-free work culture Opportunities for career growth Potential for health, dental, vision, and 401k after six months Qualifications Must be 18 or older High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's preferred) Reliable transportation Comfortable traveling between client locations ABA/RBT experience is preferred but not required If You're the Right Fit… We Want to
