• Part-Time & Full-Time Paid training begins immediately/ASAP Start date after training and licensing: Within 2-4 weeks Willow Behavior Therapy is expanding, and we're seeking a Compassionate, Values-Driven Behavior Technician (CBT/RBT) to join our team.

Locations are negotiable depending on home addresses. We work hard to minimize travel time, and all travel expenses are paid—but travel is a natural part of home and community-based ABA therapy. ABA experience and/or RBT certification is preferred but not required. For the right candidate, Willow will gladly provide the 40-hour RBT training and support you through the certification process.
