Comprehensive Clinical Scope & Surgical Autonomy :

Provide full-scope comprehensive eye care and in-office procedures-including YAG/argon lasers, injections, and lesion removals-to a health-conscious patient panel. Inherit immediate overflow demand with the freedom to scale surgical volume at nearby ASCs or expand into dedicated subspecialties.

Balanced Patient Volume & White-Glove Care :

Maintain a comfortable, quality-driven pace of 15-20 patients per day, trading high-volume assembly-line turnover for personalized, concierge-style care. Dedicated operational support and streamlined administrative workflows ensure you spend your time practicing medicine rather than navigating administrative burden.
