Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, therapists, and families Ability to follow individualized treatment protocols under supervision Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed

Key Responsibilities:
