9678431-98006 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting elementary-aged students in a vibrant school community near Bellevue, WA. This role runs from September 28, 2026, through June 18, 2027, with a consistent 30-hour work week (Monday-Friday). Youll work closely in a supportive environment with a single studenteither a 1st or 5th graderproviding 1:1 behavioral support and intervention. Here, your expertise will make a meaningful impact on a young learners growth and school experience. To succeed in this position, youll need: An active BACB-accredited Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential Certification as a Behavior Technician by the Washington Department of Health Demonstrated experience supporting students with emotional regulation, physical aggression, and elopement Strong communication skills and commitment to compassionate, ethical practice Prior work in elementary settings or with similar behavioral profiles is an advantage What youll be doing: Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for your assigned student Addressing behaviors such as hitting, kicking, spitting, and eloping with evidence-based strategies Collaborating with educators and other professionals to monitor progress and adapt support Collecting and documenting behavioral data to inform ongoing interventions Fostering a safe, structured, and positive learning environment This position offers a pay rate of $35 per hour, paid weekly, for 30 hours across five days each week.
