Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavior analytic services to clients. Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement behavior analytic interventions to support clients in achieving their goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and client records Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) certification
- Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills
- Excellent patient care and communication abilities
